How do I download my eBook after purchase?
After payment, you’ll see a Download button on the order confirmation page and receive an email with a secure link. You can also find all files under My Account → Downloads.
How many times can I download a file?
Up to 5 times per purchase (for backup and device changes). If you have trouble, contact support and we’ll re-enable access.
Which devices and formats are supported?
All eBooks are in PDF (and sometimes EPUB). They work on phones, tablets, and computers (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS).
My link expired or doesn’t work—what do I do?
Email support@zepo.com with your order number; we’ll refresh your download link.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and other region-supported methods via our secure payment provider
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant provider. ZEPO never stores full card details.
I was charged but didn’t receive the email.
Check spam/promotions. If missing, go to My Account → Orders or contact support@zepo.com with your name and payment time.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because files are downloadable, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, duplicate charge, wrong item), contact us within 7 days and we’ll help—refunds are handled case-by-case.
I bought the wrong eBook by mistake
Don’t download the file. Email us immediately with your order number. If the file hasn’t been accessed, we’ll try to resolve it.
Do I need an account to buy?
No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you re-download purchases anytime.
How do I update my email or password?
Go to My Account → Account Details to change your info securely.
Can I gift an eBook?
Yes—purchase normally and forward the download email to the recipient, or contact us to set it up.
Can I print the eBook for personal use?
Yes—printing for personal use is allowed.
Can I share the files with others?
No. Files are licensed for one purchaser only. Please direct friends to the product page.
What about PLR (Private Label Rights) titles?
PLR titles may be edited, rebranded, and resold unless the product page states otherwise.
You may not:
Resell or share the source files for free (e.g., in free file libraries)
Claim copyright on unmodified PLR as your own original work
Use our ZEPO brand name or logo on your re-sale

What personal data do you collect?
Order details (name, email, billing address), and technical data for analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How can I delete my account or request my data?
Email privacy@zepo.com with the subject Data Request from your account email.
